Reach Healthcare Solutions is a specialist domiciliary care provider that aims to work with individuals and families to reach their potential as individuals whilst maintaining their dignity and improving their quality of life. We aim to add value to the communities we serve and work in a joined-up way with services to ensure that the individual remains at the heart of our service delivery.
Reach Healthcare Solutions is a service provider based in London and the surrounding areas. Born out of the frustration of fractured services observed over the years for families with children with complex healthcare needs. As a group of registered nurses with over 40 years of combined experience, working with children and adults with various disabilities and complex care needs, we have gained an invaluable wealth of skills and experience. In that time, we have cared for children with complex needs thus gaining first-hand experience of managing care in the home. Our skills range from caring for children with acute care needs, specialist public health nursing, complex community care, services management, caseloads management, transitioning support and training facilitation. This experience has therefore guided our service delivery and we aim to include the voice of the child whenever possible.
The service we provide allows our service users, whether children or young adults suffering from chronic or disabling conditions, to continue living in the comfort of their own homes. We at Reach Healthcare Solutions understand that for most services users and their families, there really is no place like home.
We at Reach Healthcare Solutions, offer a bespoke individually tailored high quality homecare service. Our highly trained staff provide an excellent quality service, supported by expert guidance from our senior team and experienced registered nurses. We offer a flexible and reasonable approach to suit you and to fit in with your needs and routines. Our staff are committed to providing you and your loved ones with the very best possible care. To ensure that our staff are fully equipped to deliver your care to the highest standard, we are committed to providing them with a comprehensive programme of training and support. We also aim to include service users (parents or young people) to sit on the recruitment panel, wherever it is reasonably possible as we are aware that they understand the type of carer they would want working with them.

- To ensure that service users are treated with respect, privacy, dignity and safeguarded from harm and abuse.
- To ensure that our service is provided in a non-discriminatory way, whilst respecting the services users’ right to informed choice.
- To ensure the services users’ needs and values are respected in relation to culture, religion, sexuality and sexual orientation, race or ethnic origin, disabilities or impairments.
- To observe a rigorous recruitment process that ensures skilled and professional staff are engaged.
- To ensure our employees have up to date training that is both robust and evidence based.
- To provide safe, timely and accurate records of care and documentation.
- To make sure that all health and safety procedures are always followed as per company policies.
